Okay so im a girl with thick thighs and curvy hips. I like these men's shorts because they cover my thighs and don't rub. Shorts are really comfortable to wear. with that being said, the only gripe I have is the pockets are not properly sewn causing items to fall out, so I needed to restich them myself. I would however order them again, and plan to buy a different color. Fit perfectly, looks good to, seems like they are well made,very happy with my purchase. Sizing is fairly accurate. I ordered a medium and wear Levis 30 waist with a belt (yep vanity sizing). These are great running shorts, and they have a liner too. I'm not a fan of the liner they use -- it's just not well fitted.One thing that mildly infuriates me is that they have a key pocket on the left side (a pocket a couple of inches left of the belly button vs the right side which I'm used to). And it's strangely large too. Just loverly. Great price, quality, and look My roommate already had some t-shirts by Carhartt and wanted to try some shorts. They fit him perfectly and we ordered other colors. Nice looking. Excellent quality fabric at a glance. Pocket opening for reaching jeans pocket under coveralls. Also great and deep pockets in the coveralls. Snaps at sleeve cuff excellent, can close small enough to keep things out but still enough room to close over gloves. Goes on easily over work boots. At just under 6', 205 lbs., the arm and leg length are perfect fit. Got him the size 46 because the old (different brand - cheap) coveralls were 44 and a little snug over tummy. The 46 is a little roomy but in winter will work well with sweater or light jacket under. Also have not been washed yet so may shrink a tiny bit. Still ... would be nice to have zippers at the pant leg bottoms. At their price point that does not seems unreasonable and would pay extra for the feature. Got the flame resistant for welding but he hasn't had a chance to test yet. Other reviews were good on this point. The shorts are of a nice quality but the size is better for a man and not my 14 year old boy. My husband lives in his carhart shorts. We have everything carhart and he just loves the quality. It is unmatched in durability and washablilty (is that even a word?). He can chop down a tree, dig a trench and get covered in who knows what and these just wash like a champ. They are very durable and have not torn or shrunk. He has about 3 pairs now and plans on buying more for an upcoming trip to the tropics. If you haven’t tried Carhart you don’t know what you are missing. The polos are hands down the best and their work wear, yeah only the best quality for my working men. Jakość nade in china. Not sure where the other reviews are coming from saying these are cheaply made.Cons: the fit is smaller than expected. I order the same exact size of various jeans and pants, including fitted suit pants without problems and these are easily 1-1.5 inches too small at the waist. The elastic stretched to its absolute limit and was still very tight bordering on uncomfortable. My advice: buy a size up.One other thing that has nothing to do with these Red Kap shorts. Amazon marked this as ‘delivered’ a day early. I easily spent 45 minutes of my time looking for them, logging into amazon only to speak with a chat bot that confirmed they were erroneously marked as delivered. If the chatbot knew, why couldn’t amazon send a push notification alerting me to the mistake? I’d be ok with knowing a simple mistake was made. Wasted lots of my time. These shorts are great! I wear them all the time. They are loose fitting and the pockets are deep enough to hold all I need. It seems they may not be making them any more as it it harder to find them. Truly great shorts!
