Great shorts that fit well and look dope! These are functional shorts/trunks, but don't buy them as a fashion statement, because they're not particularly flattering. I'm 5-10, 182 lbs., waist size 33, and I usually wear between a medium and large in clothing sizes. I got large, and they are pretty loose and baggy on me (see posted photo). I have to tie the cord as tightly as possible to ensure they won't fall down. So if you want to order these and are an in-between sized person like me, order the smaller size, and you'll probably be happier with them.By functional, I mean they are versatile, in that you can use them as hiking shorts but also take a dip in the water with them. I think they're best used as hiking shorts. They have five obvious pockets and one hidden pocket, which is hidden very well, because it took me a while to find it. It's a small zippered pocket inside the right front unzippered pocket. You won't be able to fit much inside that secret pocket, maybe a few keys, but not a wallet. The light fabric (82 percent polyester, 8 percent Elastane) makes it comfortable, stretchy and good for warm-weather hikes.Because there's no mesh lining to surround your private parts (as most men's trunks have), these will easily reveal your gender when they get wet, if you know what I mean. So yeah, better for hiking than swimming. The price is reasonable for what you get, and if you can match your waist size well, you'll probably be happy with them, as long as you keep them dry or only swim when no other people are around. Did not like the way seat fix can not pull thin up enought This fit is perfect. Warm perfect fit I wasn’t sure about these short when I ordered them. I picked the red color and love it. The shorts have a great stretch to them. The fabric is really soft. One side is a little longer then the other. crotch does ride up. They are not a 3 inch rise but short enough for leg day. Zipper pockets hold your phone and keys well. I ordered a size larger and they fit snug. The waist tie does come lose I think because of what it’s made from. For 13.99 not bad. The drawstring needs to be longer. The pockets need to have a snap or velcro closure. Otherwise they are perfect. I would have given 5 stars if the pockets & drawstrings were as mentioned above. We were getting BDUs at a military store at double what we paid here and they are the exact same material and everything...my husband loves BDUs I ordered a pair before a cruise and love them. For my next trip to the Keys I ordered 2 more pairs in different colors and they both pairs were no different. Love them and will keep buying more. Fit great and feel amazing. These shorts are a real bargain. They are a decent quality and I may buy another pair.Will recommend to others. These are the best shorts I’ve ever purchased. They look good and wash well.Need to size down though; I’m 34 waist but size 34 is way too loose as I’ve found in the past so now I buy 32” and fit well. Nice shorts and are very comfortable. Size is accurate.
