Love these pants; great style and great design. Very comfortable to wear, plenty of room to move and breathe. Only caveat was I did get a small hole in my right side pocket, but the seller was more than kind enough to fix my issue for me. Highly recommended, A+! Personally, I use this for the gym and it works very well. They're comfy enough to move and lounge around. My only problem with these shorts are the under compression fit are not compressed. They're loose so you wont get that compressed under spandex feeling. The phone pocket and towel holder are a great addition and should be mandatory for all gym shorts!For size wise, I'd say they stay true to size since my waise size is 30-32 inches (Medium).Id give them a 3.5 stars because whatever storage factory/manufacturer these shorts come from, they seem to ship inconsistent shorts with the phone pocket and towel holder. I ordered two shorts of these (one black and white), and the white shorts came with the phone and towel pocket while the black shorts came without the towel holder, so beware of this.All in all, these shorts are a good budget option for those that aren't trying to spend $20-50 for one gym shorts. Much like other "made outside of the USA" garments, these shorts were 1.5-2X undersized. So...if you want to buy these shorts and you want an XL, get yourself a 2XL or 3XL for a comfortable fit. I hesitated to choose the size but eventually I bought earlier guided by the same brand and I was right. use size "L" and that's my size in this brand. I chose this short because it's good quality. dries fast, does not fade and is extremely light.
